At Beau Designs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our laser engraving services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase. Refunds or returns are generally not accepted unless the product can be resold. We prioritize providing high-quality engraved products and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

Non-Acceptance of Refunds: Beau Designs typically does not accept refunds or returns for personalized or customized engraved products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Resalable Condition: Refunds or returns will only be considered if the product is in a resalable condition, i.e., it hasn’t been used, damaged, or altered in any way. The original packaging must also be intact.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Notification: In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Evidence Required: To process a refund or return for a damaged or faulty product, we may require photographic evidence of the issue. Please retain the original packaging.

Evaluation: Once we receive the necessary information and assess the situation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or return request.

Personalized or Customized Products

- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products, including engraved items with specific designs or text provided by the customer, are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refund Process

Approval: If your refund or return request is approved, we will initiate the process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by Beau Designs due to a confirmed fault in the product.
